| We are Col Peter R. Seal (USMC, retired) and Suzanne Seal
dba Many Blessings Farm. We are located just south of Huntsville, TX about
60 miles north of Houston. Yes, as the name implies, we are Christians and
attend the Fellowship of Huntsville, a nondenominational Bible church.
We have owned the present location since 1998, but have been breeding horses
since 1996. We both ride and love all animals. We own five cats, three dogs,
a Parrot and a herd of quality Paso Fino horses.
We reside on 170 beautiful acres that are ridden practically every day. Our boarders called it "Horsey Heaven." We are two miles from the Sam Houston National Forest by way of a little traveled country road. We are 15 minutes by trailer to what we consider the best trails in Texas at FM1375 and Forest Road 234 B. Suzanne: Of course I love my Paso Finos, but I love horses period,
regardless of breed. Each horse is unique and to me is beautiful in
its own right. Registration papers don't make a horse. Heart and spirit are
at the root of every love affair! We host several events yearly including educational clinics and fun shows. We are members of the Paso Fino Horse Association (PFHA), the Southwestern Paso Fino Horse Association (SWPFHA), the Texas Paso Fino Horse Association, Gulf Coast Women's Equestrian Association, Sam Houston Forest Equestrian Association (SHFEA), the United States Equestrian Federation, etc.... I (Suzanne) enjoy showing my horses, riding in competitive trail, pleasure trail riding, and parades. I believe that there is something about the horse that keeps me almost sane. Prior to running the ranch, I (Suzanne) was a professor at the University of Houston. I have experience in accounting, banking, and education. I love to read, like to camp, love to ride, and hate to shop. Peter is a retired colonel USMC Reserves and is a Captain for Continental Airlines. He was born in Hawaii to a military family. He has lived in Texas longer than anywhere else and put down permanent roots. If you enjoy pictures and would like to meet us in that way, please click here for the photo gallery: |
